Quick Guide:

  • Prices are shown for each product with and without VAT plus suggested RRPs

  • Quantities are shown as unlimited. Turnaround times will be advised on receipt of your order.

  • No payment is taken online, an invoice will be issued by email once fulfilment time has been approved.

  • You are welcome to order by email and use the wholesale section as an online catalogue instead!

A note about exclusivity:

As you’ll discover, I have a rather large catalogue and often there are specific products / designs that work best for different shops.

In order to support a wide range of stockists whilst not limiting my own business, I work on a 'product / design exclusivity’ basis should stockists be within close proximity.

This enables shops to continue to offer something unique to their neighbours whilst not limiting the availability of the wide selection of items not stocked by them for others.

How do I order?

Register as a Wholesaler User here. You will be provided with a link and password to access the Wholesale Shop where you can find the complete collection of products. Place an order by adding items to your basket and completing checkout. There is no payment required at this stage.

I’ve placed an order online, what happens next?

Catherine will get in touch to confirm the current stock levels for the items you’ve selected along with any turnaround times to fulfil any of the quantities requested. If you are happy with the timelines advised, Catherine will then issue you a VAT invoice by email including any delivery charges, see below.

Where items are in stock and ready to go, your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days following receipt of payment.

Some of my items are out of stock, what happens now?

Where an item is out of stock in the quantities requested, you have the option to update your order with alternative items. You also have an option to have your order part-dispatched with outstanding items to follow if a turnaround time is more than 3 weeks. Turnaround times for items which are out of stock are as usually as follows:

Lens cloths, cards, coasters, eco jotters, tote bags, enamel mugs: up to 2 weeks

Washi tape, Memo pads, List pads, A5 Pads, Wooden Badges: up to 5 weeks

Headwear, Aprons, Oven Gloves, Tea Towels, Wash bags: up to 8 weeks

What are the delivery charges?

Postage costs for orders in the UK are as follows. You can choose to part-dispatch your order where items have a turnaround time of 3 weeks or more.

Under £50 ex. VAT = £5.00
£50 - £99 ex. VAT = £10.00
£100 - £249 ex. VAT = £15.00
Over £250 ex. VAT = FREE!

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are processed and dispatched on receipt of payment. Catherine aims to send out orders within 1-3 working days however this will vary depending on stock levels, see above. Post-trade show and Festive season orders may require additional processing time. If you need an order for a specific date, please let Catherine know and she will do her best to accommodate your request!

Orders are dispatched generally by UPS or Royal Mail. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email on dispatch.

Is there a minimum order?

No, there’s no minimum order but I do offer free postage on orders over £250 ex. VAT!

I’m looking for bespoke products - how do I order?

Please get in touch by email: info@catherine-redgate.co.uk . We can discuss your requirements and the turnaround time for any artwork / products to build a bespoke collection for your shop!

Can I still order by email?

Yes, absolutely! Use the online shop as a catalogue and then submit your order to info@catherine-redgate.co.uk . I can then advise on turnaround times and we can organise an invoice from there!

Refunds and Returns

All sales are final and cannot be exchanged once the products have shipped. Returns are accepted for damaged products; you must notify Catherine of any errors or damages within 48 hours of receipt via email: info@catherine-redgate.co.uk

Please note: slight colour changes may occur across products due to current manufacturer’s print runs and small differences in computer screen configurations. No refunds will be given for this.
