Delivery & Dispatch Times

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days.
During busy periods, this may extend slightly [normally Oct - Dec due to the Christmas season!].

Postage costs for orders in the UK are as follows.

Standard Delivery: £3.50*
Parcels are sent 2nd Class Royal Mail with an estimated delivery of 2-5 working days**

Express Delivery: £5.00*
Parcels are sent 1st Class Royal Mail with an estimated delivery of 1-3 working days**

Tracked Delivery: £6.50*
Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 with an estimated delivery of 1-3 working days**

*where your order only contains a couple of small, large letter items and you are charged postage, I will issue a partial refund on postage (unfortunately the website is set to have one charge so this needs to cover parcels too!).

International Shipping

Unfortunately, due to the complications of tax, I am unable to offer international shipping through my online shop here. However, I do offer international shipping through my Etsy store here where you can still find the full range of products whilst Etsy takes care of the tax for both of us!

Returns

Should you change your mind about an item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your product in order to organise your return. Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs but a full refund of your order including any original postage charges will be issued on receipt of the item once it has been received in its original, as new condition. The Buyer is responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in its original condition.

This policy does not apply to custom-made products, digital items or goods that can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons and are unsealed after delivery i.e. face masks.

Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect item, please get in touch by email: info@catherine-redgate.co.uk with details and a photograph of the incorrect item received and I’ll get the correct item on its way straight away!

Faulty or Damaged Items

All orders are carefully inspected prior to dispatch however should you encounter a faulty item, please get in touch and we can sort it out! If you have received a damaged item, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your product. Buyers will not be subject to additional postage costs where an item is deemed faulty / damaged.

Please note: slight colour changes may occur across products due to current manufacturer’s print runs and small differences in computer screen configurations. No refunds will be given for this.

This website - shop.catherine-redgate.co.uk - is supported by SquareSpace Commerce. Its content belongs to Catherine Redgate, Artist | Illustrator | Designer | Writer. You are not permitted to use any of the images on the website, in any way, without my consent.

Your privacy is very important to me and therefore, this website follows these principles:

• I don’t ask you for personal information unless I truly need it - i.e. to confirm your order, your request to receive the newsletter

• I don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop products, or protect our rights.

• I don’t store personal information on the website server unless required for the on-going operation of this site i.e. cookies.

Website use
Like most website operators, this website collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. This purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how visitors use the website i.e. monitoring the most popular pages.

Orders
Orders are processed by SquareSpace & its Commerce package. Payment is processed by Stripe, you can read their privacy policy here. Details are received by email and used for the purposes of fulfilling your order. Name and addresses are shared with the appropriate delivery companies in order to get your order to you.

Contact forms & Mail chimp
Visitors may choose to sign up to my newsletter which requires personal data. By doing this, your name and email address will be stored with Mailchimp and is only used by myself for the purposes described on the sign-up form / checkout. Your details are not shared with any other third party and you can unsubscribe at anytime by contacting me on: info@catherine-redgate.co.uk or by following the link from Mailchimp.

If you choose to contact me via the contact form or by email, your contact details are not saved to the Mailchimp database and are only used to respond to your query. The email may be saved for future reference and / or audit purposes.

Cookies
A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. This website uses cookies to help me identify and track visitors, their usage of this website, and their website access preferences. What rights you have over your data
You can request that I erase any personal data I hold about you following your sign-up to the Mailchimp newsletter.
